Dr. Noel G. Alexander “Dr. A” is a senior executive with more than 20 years of experience at the intersection of business and information technology, with leadership roles spanning cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and program and project management. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for strategic vision, operational excellence, and the ability to guide executives through their most complex challenges.

As Founder and Chief Executive Officer of VAST Management Corp. and Co-Founder and Chief Information Security Officer of Source Code Inspection Inc. (“CodeWeTrust”), Dr. Alexander leads organizations that deliver innovative, tailored solutions to clients across industries. His leadership is grounded in a deep commitment to service, shaped by his time in the U.S. Air Force and the New York Air National Guard.

In parallel with his professional work, Dr. Alexander has contributed to academic excellence as Adjunct Faculty at New York University (NYU), where he taught cybersecurity to graduate students.
