Noel G. Alexander is the founder and CEO of VAST Management Corp. and the co-founder of Source Code Inspection Inc. With over 25 years of experience in global business and information technology, Noel has a highly successful career that spans various sectors, including Fortune 500 companies, start-ups, academia, the military, and non-profits. His diverse background has allowed him to excel in various environments and build a reputable career.

Noel is a seasoned executive with a proven track record of success in leading and transforming organizations. He is highly respected as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and senior business leaders. He can define and execute strategic solutions that align with corporate vision and goals while ensuring organizational readiness. His expertise includes establishing and growing organizations, managing high-value IT programs in complex environments, overseeing business acquisitions and integrations, and maturing global information security programs. Noel is also known for his ability to conceptualize, shape, and implement key initiatives that drive significant improvements in the industry.

In 2007, Noel founded VAST Management Corp., a company offering IT management consulting services to multinational organizations. As a result of his leadership, Noel oversaw the management of more than $100 million worth of IT initiatives for Fortune 500 companies, such as Estee Lauder Companies and Avis-Budget Group, across regions including North America, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Asia-Pacific. Later, he successfully led an end-to-end M&A engagement for ESW Capital, leveraging his technical expertise and executive leadership skills. He then developed a framework and strategy for launching a new global information security program as a CISO executive consultant for Imagine Communications. Noel offers vCISO services and strategic solutions to SMB clients in his current role at VAST.

In addition to his work at VAST, Noel co-founded Source Code Inspection Inc. (SCI) “Code We Trust” in 2020. SCI offers software quality assessment solutions to executives, startups, software companies, and M&A firms to help them gain valuable insights, mitigate risks, and reduce maintenance costs.

Noel holds an Executive MBA from Hult International Business School, a Graduate Certificate in Leadership from Capella University, and a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts from Excelsior College. He is also a doctoral candidate at Walden University, working towards a DBA. In addition to his educational achievements, Noel holds multiple professional certifications, including Certified Chief Information Security Officer (C|CISO),  Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and Certified Professional Coach (CPC). When he has the time, he also serves as an adjunct faculty professor at New York University School of Professional Studies, imparting his leadership and InfoSec expertise to students. Noel has supported his community by serving on the Advisory Board for the Cybersecurity Program at Ithaca College and the Advisory Board for the Camden Dream Center Technology Training School.
